摘　　要：首先阐述了文化对社会发展的重要性,然后就文献对文化传承发展的影响与价值加以探讨,在此理论支点之下,进一步阐述兵团文化在兵团社会发展甚至新疆社会发展中的影响与作用,最后就文化背景下馆藏兵团文献的社会价值和意义加以提炼和凸显。The article elaborated the importance of culture to the social development firstly. And discussed influence and value of literature to the cultural inheritance and developing. Under this theory pivot, the article further elaborated influence and the function which displays in the army corps social development even in Xinjiang social development of the army corps culture. Finally the article summarized social value under the cultural context in collection army corps literature, and caused the social value and the significance of the army corps literature highlighting.
