以地方农民需求为导向的“农家书屋”发展策略研究

摘　　要：通过调查地方农民利用"农家书屋"的实际情况,分析地方农民信息需求特点,据此提出"农家书屋"服务地方农民的可持续发展策略:变革"农家书屋"管理模式,建立总分馆制;变革"农家书屋"资源配置模式,加强资源配置的针对性;利用现代化技术,拓展"农家书屋"业务范围;利用大学生志愿者活动提高"农家书屋"管理水平;建立"农家书屋"评价体系,以评促建等五项措施。This paper makes an analysis of characteristics of farmers＇ information needs by investigating how local farmers use farmhouse reading rooms. Based on the investigation, the author puts forward the suggestions as following： To change the management models of farmhouse reading rooms and establish the general-sub library system; To change the modes of resource allocation and strenthen the targeted resource allocation, To expand the services of farmhouse reading rooms by using modern technologies; To improve the management levels of farmhouse reading rooms through university students volunteer activities; To establish evaluation system of farmhouse reading rooms to promote construction, etc.
