摘　　要：查新质量是科技查新服务的灵魂。查新人员的素质直接决定了科技查新工作的质量。从职业道德、与用户沟通能力、专业知识、外语水平、文字表达能力与情报检索技能等几方面分析了查新人员素质对科技查新质量的影响,并就如何提高查新员素质提出了自己的建议。The quality of novelty search is the soul of SCI- tech novelty search services. The quality of novelty searching personnel directly decide the quality of the SCI- tech novelty search. Analysis on the impact of personnel quality on the quality of SCI-tech novelty search from the respects of professional ethics, communication skills, professional knowledge, the level of foreign language, written expression ability and information retrieval skills etc. And on how to improve the quality of the novelty searching member put forward its own proposals.
