摘　　要：对9个图书馆地方性法规进行分析,提出了只有5部地方性法规有读者知情权的观点,并对地方性法规中的读者知情权规定进行了综述。根据这些综述,总结了地方性法规中有关读者知情权规定的贡献和不足,提出了今后图书馆立法中读者知情权规定的建议。The author thinks that only five library local regulations have reader＇ s right in the konw in the nine library local regulations. reader＇ s right in the konw in every library local regulations are reviewed.The author Summarized the contribution and insufficient in the local regulations concerning reader＇ s right in the know. The author put forwards the advices of reader＇ s right in the konw in the library Regulations.
