摘　　要：通过问卷调查,对虚拟环境下海南大学在校本科生的信息检索行为,主要包括信息意识、信息检索过程、信息检索结果三方面内容进行调查,针对调查数据分析的结果,从提高信息意识、优化检索过程、改善检索结果等方面提出了相应的措施和建议。This paper investigates and analyses information retrieval behaviors in virtual environment of college students in Hainan University through the questionnaire, which include information consciousness, information retrieval process and information retrieval result. At last, it puts forward to suggestions and countermeasures that enhance information awareness, optimize information retrieval, and improve the retrieval effect, etc.
