闭合性颅脑外伤合并铜绿假单胞菌感染性肺炎患者的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨闭合性颅脑外伤合并铜绿假单胞菌感染性肺炎患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2011年10月至2012年5月,在解放军第86医院治疗的25例闭合性颅脑外伤合并肺部铜绿假单胞菌感染患者的临床资料,并总结其护理经验。结果经过精心治疗和护理,患者病情好转。发热4～18d,平均（7.9±3.2）d；住院时间20～58d,平均（31.4±9.98）d。结论密切观察患者体温变化、增强患者的免疫力、严格无菌操作和病室的消毒隔离是闭合性颅脑外伤合并铜绿假单胞菌感染性肺炎患者的护理重点。Objective To discuss nursing measures for patients with traumatic brain injury combined with pseudomonas aeruginosa infectious pneumonia. Methods Clinical data of 25 cases with traumatic brain injury combined with pseudomonas aeruginosa infectious pneumonia were analyzed retrospectively,and the nursing experiences were concluded.Results All the 25 patients were cured under symptomatic nursing. The hospitalization day were 20～58d, （31.4±9.98）d averagely.The fever time were 4～18 d, （7.9～3.2）d averagely.Conclusion Close observation the change of patient body temperature,strengthening immunity, strictly aseptic technique,and disinfection and isolation of the ward are the nursing point for patient with traumatic brain injury combined with pseudomonas aeruginosa infectious pneumonia.
