摘  要:建立了电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定美罗培南中催化剂铑和钯残留的方法。采用硝酸微波消解处理样品,在合适的ICP-MS条件下测定,铑和钯在1~200μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限分别为0.7μg/kg和4μg/kg,在三个加标浓度水平,铑的平均回收率为96.7%~99.7%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~2.6%;钯的平均回收率为95.3%~101.9%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~4.4%。本方法操作简便、快捷、灵敏度高,适用于美罗培南中铑和钯残留的检测。A new method was developed for analysis of rhodium and palladium residue in Meropenem. The samples were digested by nitric acid using microwave digestion technology and the solutions were detected using inductive coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS). The linear range was 1 ~ 200 μg / L for palladium and rhodium. The limits of detection( LOD) was 0. 7 μg / kg for rhodium and 4 μg / kg for palladium. The mean recoveries were 96. 7% ~ 99. 7% and RSDs were 1. 0% ~ 2. 6% for rhodium,and the mean recoveries were 95. 3% ~ 101. 9% and RSDs were 1. 6% ~ 4. 4% for palladium. The method was proved to be simple,rapid and sensitive,which was suitable for the determination of rhodium and palladium residue in Meropenem.
