摘 要:含苯废气的净化处理一直是国内外的研究热点。冷凝法可用于含苯废气的回收处理。含苯废气冷凝回收系统制冷系统的设计内容主要包括冷凝过程中冷凝温度的确定和水蒸汽的结霜问题。基于Aspen Plus中的灵敏度分析工具,本文提出了一种优化的三段式冷凝回收工艺,即设定预冷段、中冷段和深冷段温度分别为1℃,-60℃和-110℃。通过Aspen HTFS对含苯废气冷凝回收系统中的板式蒸发器进行了优化设计。结果表明:在20℃及常压下,当进入冷凝回收系统的含苯废气-空气混合气的流量为100 m3/h时,该冷凝系统的预冷段、中冷段和深冷段的板式蒸发器的换热面积分别为1.4 m2、1.4 m2、1.5 m2,换热板片数分别为11、13、11。The disposal of benzene vapor was a hot topic for domestic and international scholars. Condensation separation technology could be used to recover the benzene vapor. The design of the refrigeration system in the condensation process for benzene vapor recovery mainly included the determination of the condensation temperature and the anti-frosting method of the water vapor. An optimized three-stage condensation process was proposed based on the sensitivity analysis from Aspen Plus,and the condensation temperatures of the pre-cooling,inter-cooling and cryogenic cooling exchangers were 1 ℃,-60 ℃ and-110 ℃,respectively. Simultaneously,the plate heat exchanger was chosen and optimized using Aspen HTFS simulation. When the temperature,pressure and flow of the inlet benzene vapor of the condensation recovery system were 20 ℃,101. 3 kPa and 100 m^3/ h,respectively,the heat exchange areas of the pre-cooling,inter-cooling and copious cooling exchangers was designed to be 1. 4 m^2,1. 4 m^2and 1. 5 m^2,and the number of the plates was 11,13 and 11,respectively.
