摘  要:阐述了兰州石化公司16万吨/年乙烯裂解装置碱洗塔流程和现状分析;抑制碱洗过程中黄油的生成,防止黄油堵塞塔内填料间隙;影响碱洗塔碱浓度的原因分析,碱洗塔废碱不合格采取的措施,提高中控产品的合格率,从而保证了联合车间的稳定生产,提高了员工的环保意识和行为。The process and current situation analysis of tower wash of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company 160 000 tons / year ethylene unit alkaline was described. The butter was inhibited during alkaline wash and prevented grease clogging tower packing gap. The reason influencing concentration of caustic wash tower alkali was analyzed,and the measures of alkaline washing tower waste failing were adopted to the qualify rate of high school control products,so as to ensure the stable production joint workshop and improve staff awareness and behavior.
