卤虫对塔玛亚历山大藻生长及产毒的影响

摘  要:为了了解卤虫(Artemia salina)对产麻痹性贝类毒素的塔玛亚历山大藻(Alexandrium tamarense)生长与产毒的影响,本文采用卤虫与有毒藻共培养的方法,研究卤虫对不同起始数量的亚历山大藻生长和产毒的影响。结果表明,当培养液中存在卤虫时,塔玛亚历山大藻的生长受到抑制,对数期缩短,最大藻细胞数量降低且与卤虫数量呈线性负相关,衰亡期细胞数量快速减少。在对数生长初期、中期,卤虫的存在对该藻单位细胞毒素含量影响不明显,但对数末期,可显著增加藻细胞毒素含量。Growth and toxin production of toxic algae are influenced by environmental factors. Incubation of Artemia salina and Alexandrium tamarense with different initial culturing cell densities was conducted to understand the effects of A. salina on the growth and paralytic shellfish toxin production of A. tamarense. The results showed that the growth of A. tamarense was limited and the logarithmic phase of the A. tamarense growth was shortened after the algae cells had been incubated with A. salina. The maximum cell densities of A. tamarense were decreased and the densities were negatively related with the number of A. salina. in incubation condition. In addition,cell density of A. tamarense decreased rapidly during the decline phase. No obvious effect of A. salina on the toxin content of per algae cell was found during the initial and middle logarithmic phase. However,A. salina significantly promoted toxin production of per cell in the end of logarithmic phase of A. tamarense growth.
