摘　　要：中国沿海地区经济增长速度较快,与之对应的海洋环境污染状况也日益严重。本文以沿海地区的经济增长和海洋环境污染为研究对象,以面板数据模型为理论基础,以三次EKC曲线为技术支撑,在对数据单位根检验的基础上,构造了沿海地区经济增长与海洋环境污染分析模型,最后对模型拟合结果进行差异分析和总体分析。通过分析得到:沿海地区经济与环境相互影响的变化趋势一致,总体趋势的EKC曲线呈"N"型,海洋环境污染不会随沿海地区经济总量的增长而自发解决,先污染后治理的模式不适用于沿海地区。Economy grows fast in China＇s coastal areas,and pollution of the marine environment is getting worse. This paper takes the economic growth and marine environmental pollution in coastal area as the research object,and bases on the theory of the panel data model. The paper takes the cubic EKC curve for technical support. Based on the unit root test,this paper constructs the analysis model of the economic growth and marine environmental pollution in coastal area. At last,this paper made difference and overall analysis of model fitting results. We can get the conclusion through analysis： coastal economy and environment influence have the same varied trend,EKC curve appear＂N＂ type. Pollution of the marine environment in coastal areas will not change with the growth of the total economy spontaneously,resolved after pollution model does not apply to coastal areas.
