摘 要:围填海已经成为我国东部沿海城市新增建设用地的重要途径,并对沿海城市的空间格局产生深刻影响。按照围填海区与依托城市的空间关系,可划分为远离市区的"飞地型"和紧临市区的两种类型。本文以大连湾沿岸为研究对象,利用晶格模型模拟分析沿岸围填海区的选址、功能选择、适宜建设面积等与城市建成区的空间关系。晶格模型分析的结果表明,围填海区选址要有针对性,适应所依托城区社会、经济发展的需求;围填海区的功能应与毗临城区的空间功能相融合,有利于围填海区的成长;围填区的面积要适中,太小不利于达到发展的目的,太大会拖累整个地区发展的速度,对整个地区的发展带来不利的影响。本研究可为紧临市区围填海区选址、功能定位和确定合理面积等提供依据,并探索应用晶格模型研究市新建城区与城市功能融合等现实问题。Reclamation has become an important way for new construction land in China's eastern coastal city,and has a profound impact on the spatial pattern of the coastal cities. The sea reclamation can be classified into two types based on the spatial relationship between itself and its supportive city: the exclave sea reclamation which is far away from its supportive city; and the sea reclamation approaches its supportive city. This paper,takes Dalian Bay as the research object,using the lattice model to simulate and analyze the spatial relationship between coastal reclamation area location,function selection,suitable for the construction area,other built-up areas and its supportive city. Lattice model analysis results show that,the site of reclamation areas should be targeted to meet the needs of the urban social and economic development. The function of sea reclamation area should be merged with that of its supportive city. That will benefit the growth of the sea reclamation area. The scale of sea reclamation should be moderate. The smallscale reclamation will restrict the level of this area's development. The large-scale reclamation will slow down the speed of regional economic development. This study provides the basis for site selection,functional orientation and moderate space regulation of the sea reclamation approaches supportive city. At the same time,this paper attempts to apply the lattice model on the functional integration of new district and the city.
