摘　　要：海洋功能区划是我国海域管理的基本制度之一,海洋功能区划实施评价对于总结实施经验、改进区划编制和完善区划制度具有重要的意义。本文探讨了海洋功能区划评价的理论基础和方法,阐述了全国海洋功能区划实施评价的体系构建,分析了评价结果,并对海洋功能区划实施评价提出了建议。Marine functional zoning（MFZ） is one of the basic systems of sea area management in our country,and the evaluation of MFZ implementation is of vital significance in summary of implementation experience,improvement of zoning preparation and consummation of zoning system. This paper discusses the theoretical basis and methods of zoning evaluation,expounds the building of implementation evaluation system of national marine functional zoning, analyzes the results of evaluation,and puts forward suggestions with respect to implementation evaluation of marine functional zoning.
