摘　　要：通过总结我国核电发展概况,剖析了沿海地区发展核电的内驱动力,并深入研究了核电对海洋环境以及区域社会经济发展的影响。最后从合理利用海域资源和保护海洋环境,协调核电与其他用海需求关系角度,提出沿海核电战略布局的建议。This paper summarizes the overview of China＇s nuclear power development,analysis the driving force of nuclear power＇s development in coastal areas,and nuclear power＇s impact on the marine environment as well as regional socio-economic development. Finally,paper presents the recommendations of the strategic layout of coastal nuclear power,From the point of view of rational use of marine resources and the protection of the marine environment, coordination of the angle of nuclear power and other sea- demand relationship.
