摘　　要：毋庸置疑,《侵权责任法》对我国医疗损害责任制度的改革值得肯定,但仍存在一些不足。深入研究医疗纠纷鉴定模式、医疗病历管理制度、医疗风险分担机制等重要问题,进一步完善我国医疗损害责任制度,对于实现人民幸福的中国梦,意义重大而深远。Without a doubt, the reform of our medical damage liability system brought by ＂the tort liability law＂ should be affirmed, but there are still some problems. Making an intensive study of medical disputes identification model, medical records management system, medical risk sharing mechanism, and other important issues; further improving the system of liability of medical damage in China, is of great and far--reaching significance for the realization of the Chinese dream.
