论鼓励农民创业的意义

摘　　要："三农"问题是我国农村发展面临的最大问题,而"三农"问题的解决关键是农民问题的解决。解决农民问题的核心是农民持续增收,农民创业是解决农民增收问题的重要途径。因此多方面探讨鼓励农民创业具有重要的意义。＂Three Rural Issues＂ is the biggest problem which China＇s rural development is facing, and the key to solve it is to solve the farmer problem, a continuous increase in farmers＂ income. Farmers＂ entrepreneurship is an important approach to solve the problem. Through three aspects, this paper has studied the meaning of encouraging farmers＇ entrepreneurship, as to help the reader have a new understanding of the issue.
