达英35与二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者妊娠分娩的结局研究  被引量:22

摘  要:目的观察达英35和二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合症患者的妊娠分娩结局情况。方法选择在医院接受治疗的多囊卵巢综合征患者86例作为研究对象,43例接受单纯二甲双胍治疗(对照组)及达英35联合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组患者的激素水平、卵巢体积、子宫内膜厚度及排卵、妊娠、分娩结局差异。结果观察组LH(7.36±2.14)mIU/ml、LH/FSH(1.08±0.24)、FINS(10.92±2.74)mU/L、HOMA-IR(2.56±0.3)、BMI(22.65±2.6)kg/m2、卵巢体积(7.08±0.65)ml、窦卵细胞数(4.86±1.02)、流产发生率(9.68%)、新生儿死亡率(3.22%)明显低于对照组;内膜厚度(9.97±1.24)mm、排卵率(90.70%)、妊娠率(72.09%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征,能够有效改善患者的内分泌状况,缩小卵巢体积,促进子宫内膜生长,恢复卵泡成熟及排卵,提高妊娠成功率,降低流产率及新生儿死亡率。Objective To analyze the effect of Diane 35 combine with metformin on pregnancy and delivery outcomes of PCOS patients.Methos 86 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into treatment group (43 cases) treated with metformin and Diane 35 and control group (43cases) treated with metformin.The hormone levels,ovarian volume,endometrial thickness and ovulation,pregnancy and delivery outcomes were observed.Results LH (7.36± 2.14) mIU/mL,LH/FSH (1.08 ± 0.24),FINS (10.92 ± 2.74) mU/L,HOMA IR (2.56 ± 0.3) and BMI (22.65±2.6 kg/m2,ovarian volume(7.08±0.65 mL),sinus egg number (4.86± 1.02),abortion rate (9.68%) and neonatal mortality (3.22%) of treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group.Intima thickness (9.97± 1.24) mm,ovulation rate (90.70%),pregnancy rate (72.09%) of treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Diane 35 combination with metformin can effectively improve the endocrine,reduce the ovarian volume,promote the growth of endometrium,restore the follicle maturation and ovulation,improve the pregnancy rate,reduce abortion rate and neonatal mortality on polycystic ovary syndrome.
