摘　　要：基于安徽省公共图书馆资源建设的现状,在分析读者越来越亲睐移动阅读的基础上,指出安徽省公共图书馆要加强数字文献的建设,并且要走联合发展的思路。采用云计算理念和技术构建全省范围内的区域公共馆联盟平台,整合全省各公共馆的文献资源为全省读者提供更加便捷的文献信息服务。从整体规划、运行机制和服务推广等方面详细论述了全省区域公共馆联盟的建设,对具体实践有一定的指导和参考价值。This paper summarizes the current situation of literature resources construction of Anhui public libraries,based on analysis that mobile digital reading is more and more popular with readers, and points out that Anhui public libraries should strengthen the construction of digital documents,and undergo integrated development way. Anhui Province should establish regional public library alliance platform with＂cloud＂computing concept and technology,which can integrate provincial public library literature resources to offer more convenient information service for the readers. The construction scheme of the regional public library alliance is described from the overall planning,operation mechanism and services and so on,which is of guidance and reference value in practice.
