摘 要:以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O和NaBr为原料,水为溶剂,通过一步微波加热过程制得了BiOBr纳米片.粉体的XRD分析为纯的四方相BiOBr,结晶性好;FESEM照片显示样品为单分散的四边形纳米片,边长为200~300nm、厚度约为25nm;固体紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis DRS)测试表明粉体的吸收带边延伸到可见光区,计算其能隙带宽为2.63eV.可见光催化降解有机染料罗丹明B(RhB)的实验表明:在LED可见光辐照下,100mg催化剂在45min内可将100mL、10mg/mL的RhB溶液完全降解.BiOBr nanosheets have been synthesized via a one- pot and green microwave- assisted heating proceeding,using Bi( NO3)3·5H2O and NaBr as raw materials,and distilled water as solvent. The products have been characterized by XRD,FESEM and Uv- Vis diffuse reflectance spectra( DRS). The results show that as- prepared BiOBr nanosheets with high crystallinity possess a pure tetragonal phase. The quadrangular nanosheet has the length of side in the range from 200 to 300 nm,as well as the average thickness of about 25 nm,respectively. The band gap energy of as-obtained product is calculated to be 2. 63 eV observed from Uv- Vis DRS,showing a characterization of visible light absorbance. According to the photodegradation of Rhodamine B under visible lighting,the BiOBr nanosheets exhibit highly efficient photocatalytic activity,in which 100mL( 10 mg / mL) RhB solution could be drastically degraded within 45 min with the help of 100 mg BiOBr catalyst under LED lamp irradiation.
