摘 要:在现有循环流化床(CFB)锅炉炉内脱硫技术的基础上,通过分析石灰石粒度对脱硫效率的影响,提出了一种基于炉内气固流态的多粒度喷钙脱硫技术.在保证床温、石灰石品质的前提下,使用气力输送向炉膛内喷入石灰石粉,使其煅烧爆裂后的粒度接近循环灰峰值粒度,以增加其在炉内的循环次数;同时,在给煤中掺混一定粒度的石灰石颗粒,使其处于湍动流化状态以延长停留时间.依托炉内流态,多粒度石灰石的配置给入充分发挥了各自优势,以实现CFB锅炉的深度脱硫.该技术通过在某330 MWe CFB机组测试检验,证明了脱硫效果优异.Based on the existing in-situ desulphurization technology for circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers, an improved technology with multi-particle-size and multi-flow-state is proposed by analyzing the influence of limestone particle size on desulphurization efficiency. With the premise of optimization of bed temperature and limestone quality etc. , fine limestone powder is injected into the furnace by pneumatic conveying and make sure the calcined particle size distribution is close to the peak size of circulation ash;meanwhile, limestone particles are mixed into the feed coal to increase the residence time as these particles are in the state of turbulence fluidization. The configuration of multiparticle-size utilizes the advantages of difference types of particles based on the fluidization state inside the CFB furnace. The technology was proved to be effective in one 330 MWe CFB unit.
