摘　　要：在国际货币体系发展历史规律的基础上,总结了全球金融危机后国际金融环境的新特点。分析了"量化宽松"政策导致传统国际货币体系的二元结构矛盾和亚洲发展中国家面对传统国际储备货币超发的安全威胁,并通过中国在东北亚和东南亚区域经济地缘优势的比较后,提出优先在中国—东盟自贸区框架下推动人民币区域化发展的必要性和策略。This paper summarizes the new features of the international financial environment after the global financial crisis base on the law of major international reserve currency development.It analysis of the＂QE＂policy has resulted in contradictions of traditional international monetary system dual structure and security threats which Asia developing countries faced by in the traditional international financial and monetary system.It explores the necessity and optimization strategy of RMB regionalization development under the ASEAN-China framework by comparing of Chinese conomicgeopolitical advantage in the Southeast Asia and NortheastAsia.
