人力资本投资与农村居民工资性收入关系的实证研究——中西部地区的面板数据

摘　　要：农村人力资本投资与农村居民工资性收入的关系是研究农村经济发展的一个重要课题。利用中部8省和西部12省（市）的1998～2012年工资性收入、人力资本投资的面板数据,分别构建计量模型,研究发现中部西部地区的人力资本投资增加有利于农村居民工资性收入的增加,但中西部的省际之间存在较大差异。西部地区的人力资本投资对工资性收入的增加的效应比中部地区更大。Relationship between human capital and income of rural residents from wage and Salaries is a hot topic for economists and policy makers to concern about.Using panel data of 8 provinces in the central region and 12 provinces in western regions during 1999-2012.In central and western regions,in ncreasing income of rural residents from wage and Salaries,human capital investment have positive effect.There are differences between the central and western regions.Increasing income from wage and Salaries,the effect of human capital investment has greater than the central region＇s.
