品管圈活动降低吞咽障碍老年患者误吸率

摘　　要：目的降低吞咽障碍老年患者误吸发生率。方法成立品管圈小组,分析吞咽障碍老年患者误吸的危险因素及发生原因,采取针对性措施防止患者误吸;12个月后评价效果。结果开展品管圈活动后患者误吸率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动可有效降低吞咽障碍老年患者误吸发生率。Objective To decrease aspiration in elderly patients with dysphasia.Methods We built a quality control circle （QCC） team,analyzed risk factors and causes of aspiration in elderly patients with dysphasia,and implemented preventive measures for aspiration.The effects were evaluated after 12 months.Results The incidence of aspiration was statistically decreased after implementation of the QCC activities（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The incidence of aspiration in elderly patients with dysphasia can be reduced through the QCC activities.
