FGFR2在食管癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过检测FGFR2蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达,揭示FGFR2蛋白在食管癌发生、发展、侵袭、转移过程中的作用和意义。方法收集济宁市第一人民医院2011年1月~2013年3月133例患者手术切除的食管癌组织（均为鳞状细胞癌术前未行化放疗）。患者中男性71例,女性62例,患者平均年龄61.4岁。应用免疫组化技术检测分析FGFR2蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达及其与食管癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 FGFR2在食管癌组织中的阳性率为45.11%（60/130）,正常食管组织为12.5%（5/40）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。FGFR2蛋白表达与患者性别、食管癌分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移等相关（P〈0.05）,而与年龄、肿块类型无显著相关性（P〉0.05）。结论相比正常食管组织,FGFR2在食管癌中高表达,其表达水平与食管癌的浸润深度及淋巴结转移呈正相关,与食管癌分化程度呈负相关。Objective The current study aimed to detect FGFR2protein expression in esophageal carcinoma,and investigate its correlation with tumor development,invasion,and metastasis. Methods Esophageal tissue samples were collected from 133patients（71males and 62females;median age of 61.4years）with esophageal squamous cell cancer.These patients without any preoperative chemoradiotherapy underwent surgical resection at Shandong Jining No.1People＇s Hospital,between January 2011and March 2013.FGFR2expression in tumor tissues were detected using immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rates of FGFR2in cancerous tissue and normal tissue were 45.11%（60/130）,and 12.5%（5/40）,respectively.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.FGFR2protein expression was significantly related with the sex,tumor differentiation,depth of invasion,and lymph node metastasis（LNM）（P0.05）,however,it was uncorrelated with age and tumor type（P0.05）. Conclusion Comparing with normal esophageal tissue,FGFR2was overexpressed in cancerous esophageal tissue.FGFR2expression was positively correlated with the depth of invasion and LNM,but negatively correlated with tumor differentiation.
