推进我军装备物流军民融合式发展的思考

摘　　要：军民融合式发展是国防动员的基础,是提升国防实力、促进国民经济快速发展的有效途径,是实现国防和国民经济现代化的战略措施。结合我军装备物流建设实际,针对现代信息化战争对物流精确保障的紧迫要求和目前物流精确保障存在的主要问题,借鉴美军装备物流军民融合先进经验,提出推进我军装备物流军民融合式发展举措。As the basis of national defense mobilization ,civil-military integration development is not only an effective approach to enhance national defense power and to promote fast development of national economy ,but also a strategic measure to realize modernization of national defense and nation-al economy .According to our construction of equipment logistics ,aiming at the urgent requirement of logistics security safeguard from modern information war as well as the major problems existing in it at present ,and absorbing US Army＇s advanced experience of civil-military integration equipment lo-gistics ,the paper puts forward measures to advance our Army＇s civil-military integration equipment logistics .
