摘　　要：准确客观评价区域信息化水平是信息化建设的重要任务之一。在运用综合评分分析法测算出江苏沿海三市2002年至2009年的信息化水平的基础上,针对三市信息化建设中取得的成绩和存在的问题,从诸多方面提出加强信息化建设来推动其经济发展的对策和措施。One of the important tasks of information construction is to evaluate the level of regional informatiza -tion accurately and objectively .Based on the use of the comprehensive grading analysis method to estimate the level of informatization of three coastal cities in Jiangsu from 2002 to 2009 , this paper aiming at the achieve-ments and problems existed in informatization construction of three cities proposed some policies and measures to strengthen the information construction to promote their economic development .
