老年性腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术后复发的原因分析

摘　　要：目的分析老年性腹股沟疝手术后复发的原因,探讨改进无张力修补术的手术方法。方法对我院2007年1月～2011年12月行老年腹股沟疝无张力修补术16例复发患者的临床进行资料回顾性分析,分析复发的原因,探讨改进手术的方法。结果 16例复发患者中,术后12个月内复发7例,12～24个月内复发5例,24个月后复发4例。平片修补术后复发10例,网塞修补术后复发6例,PHS修补术后无复发病例。Objective To analyze the reoccurrence after tension-free repair elderly inguinal hernia. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 16 senile cases with reoccurrence of inguinal hernia after tension-free repair during the period from Jan. 2007 to Dec., 2011. Results Out of the 16 cases with reoccurrence, 7 cases reoccurred within 12 months after operation, 5 cases within 12 to 24 months and 4 cases reoccurred 24 months after operation; out of the cases of mesh repair, 10 cases reoccurred, and out of the cases of plug repair, 6 cases reoccurred; no reoccurrence was found in the cases of PHS repair. Conclusions Non-individualized choice of the repair materials, non-standardized fixation of the meshes and incomplete cover of the patch are the courses of reoccurrence after tension-free repair of elderly inguinal hernia
