摘 要:研究不同浓度的壳聚糖浸种对花生产量及其源积累、库扩充和有机物分配的影响。结果表明,①壳聚糖提高了花生的生物产量和经济产量,分别比空白处理增加18%~53%、9%~63%;②促进花生根、茎、叶前期快速生长、中后期持续稳定生长;③壳聚糖增加了花生单株总果数、饱果数和总果重等产量性状;④2.5mg/mL壳聚糖浸种处理的经济系数显著低于空白处理,5.0~12.5mg/mL壳聚糖处理与空白处理间均无显著差异;⑤壳聚糖处理后产量与源、库性状间相关性最大,与流相关性最小。其中7.5mg/mL处理的产量、营养生长和生殖生长最适,与清水处理间的差异均达显著水平。The experiment was conducted to study the effect of seed soaking with chitosan of different concentrations on the yield and the source accumulation,sink expansion and organic matter distribution of peanut.The results showed that:① Chitosan enhanced peanut's biomass yield and economic yield by 18% ~53%,9% ~63%respectively compared with the control treatment.② Promoted roots,stems and leaves to grow faster in early period and grow sustainably and stably in the middle and late period.③ Chitosan increased peanut's number of all pods,plump pods and total pod weight of per plant;④ Economic coefficients of seed soaked with 2.5mg/mL chitosan was significantly lower than control treatment,while those with 5.0~12.5mg/mL chitosan had no significant difference comparing with it.⑤Yield relevance with source and sink under treatment of chitosan were the highest,while that of flow was the least.The treatment of 7.5mg/mL was the optimum concentration,and the peanut yields,nutritional growth and reproductive growth were all significantly different with control treatment.
