摘 要:采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了8种杀菌剂原药对水稻纹枯病的抑菌作用。结果表明,氟啶胺、戊唑醇、异菌脲对水稻纹枯病菌的抑菌效果较好,其EC50分别为0.0574、0.1804、0.6613mg/L;苯醚甲环唑、抑霉唑、嘧菌环胺的抑菌效果次之,EC50分别为1.1022、2.5355、5.7905mg/L;甲基硫菌灵、噁霉灵的抑菌效果较差,EC50分别为8.7039、11.7151mg/L。In order to select fungicides which have good control effect against Rhizoctonia solani,the bacteriostatic effects of 8kinds fungicides to Rhizoctonia solani were determined indoor by mycelium growth rate method.The results showed that the bacteriostatic effects of Fluazinam,Tebuconazole,Iprodione were better;their EC50were 0.0574,0.1804mg/L and 0.6613mg/L respectively,followed by Difenoconazole,Imazalil and Cyprodinil,their EC50being 1.1022,2.535,5.7905mg/L respectively.The bacteriostatic effect of Thiophonate-methyl,Hymexazol were relatively poor;their EC50were 8.7039,11.7151mg/L respectively.
