微拟球藻与其他绿藻脂肪酸组成的比较分析

摘　　要：比较分析了开放式大池培养的微拟球藻(Nannochloropsis oculata)与绿藻门其他5种藻类的粗脂肪含量和脂肪酸组成。结果表明:微拟球藻和绿藻门其他藻类的粗脂肪含量和脂肪酸含量差异较大,粗脂肪含量为18.25%,含有较高含量的C16:0、C16:1和C18:1,其含量占总脂肪酸含量的70.97%,EPA含量为13%,未检测到DHA。Comparative studies were conducted on lipid content and fatty acid composition of Nannochloropsis oculataand other 5 Chlorophyta.The results showed that there were difference on lipid content and fatty acid composition between Nannochloropsis oculata and other 5 Chlorophyta.The lipid content of Nannochloropsis oculata was 18.25%,and there were high content of C16:0,C16:1and C18:1.The ratio of total fatty acid was70.97%.The content of eicosapntemacnioc acid(EPA)was 13%and no docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)was detected.
