某苯储运工程项目环境风险评价案例分析

摘　　要：某苯储运工程项目需进行环境风险评价,着重对苯储运工程进行环境风险识别、最大可信事故分析、事故后果计算及风险可接受水平分析.结果表明:苯是重大危险源,苯泄漏是最大可信事故.该项目最大可信事故的风险值为3.00×10-5/a,低于化工行业风险统计值,因此该项目事故风险水平在可接受范围之内.The environmental risk assessment of benzene storage and transportation project is analyzed. The analysis of maximum credible accident and acceptable risk level, as well as the identification of environmental risk factors and the calculation of accident consequences is introduced in this paper. The results show that benzene is major hazards. At the same time, the benzene leakage accident is the maximum credible accident. Besides, the risk value of this project is 3.00 × 10^-5/a, which is lower than chemical industry statistical standards. The risk value of this project is acceptable.
