摘　　要：在经济迅猛发展的当代中国,发展符合市场经济要求的、社会化程度较高的行业社团已经成为共识。但众多观念和制度障碍使得行业社团的社会化进程困难重重。中国行业社团究竟走哪条路,才能以最小的代价和最有效的方式实现其社会化进程。社团社会化的路径选择需要从中国行业社团发展的大环境出发,只有适合国情,才具可操作意义。改革开放的成功实践为社团改革提供了重要经验。社团社会化是一个渐进的过程,其路径应该是立体的、综合的、非均衡的、滚动式的发展过程。社团社会化的内容包罗万象,只有找准切入点才能事半功倍,而借鉴现代企业制度,构建行业社团的法人治理结构将是成功的关键。With the rapid economic development of contemporary China, to develop a sort of social industry association which meets the requirements of market economy has become a consensus. But many ideas and system obstacles make its social process diffi-cult. This article does a research exactly on the way that can only be minimum cost and the most effective to realize its socialization pro-cess. The author believes that the path of socialization of Chinese industry association must be in line with the national conditions, like that, there will be an operational significance; Second, the reform and opening up practice provides important experience for the social community transformation, socialization is a gradual, ladder-like process, its path should be three-dimensional and comprehensive;Third, because of the diverse content of socialization, we must be sure to find out the breakthrough point to get twice the result with half the effort. This article proposes to draw lessons from the modern enterprise system and prove that the corporate governance structure is the key to success.
