灰色预测方法在大学生助学贷款工作中的应用

摘　　要：在河南省国家助学贷款违约率数据较少的情况下,以中原工学院学生助学贷款数据为例,对数据序列进行弱化,建立缓冲序列,根据灰色系统理论建立GM(1,1)模型对违约率进行预测.结果表明,该预测方法预测精度较高且预测结果比较符合客观实际,适用于国家助学贷款违约率预测.. Based on the number of patents the analysis of the patent status of the case granted in 2005--2009 and 2007--2011, discovery of the period, the volume of patent cases were treated with 15.0% and 17.9%of the annual average growth rate. Patent infringement brought by rights difficult issues highlighted. This pre-liminary analysis of the causes of corporate rights difficult, results showed that the activist cumbersome proce-dures, evidence difficult, high cost of rights are the main reasons to lead enterprise hard rights. To effectivelycrack corporate intellectual property rights difficult issue, the corresponding policy recommendations are putforward from two aspects.
