建设国际航运中心背景下上海港的定位问题

摘　　要：上海国际航运中心建设,特别是上海港的发展取得了重大的进展,上海港的发展得益于上海保税港区的建立,提高了上海港的投资和经营环境。该文对上海港发展存在的问题和新时期的定位、上海国际航运中心软环境建设的定位以及上海港发展建设选址的定位进行了思考。The paper fi nds that the construction of Shanghai international shipping center, especially Shanghai Port development, have made a great progress. Thanks to the establishment of Shanghai bonded port area, the development of Shanghai Port improves its investment and operation. Meanwhile, aimed at issues existed in Shanghai port development and its positioning in new era, the author ponders over the positioning of soft environment construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center in new era and site selection of Shanghai Port construction and presents his idea.
