摘 要:随着OTT TV业务的快速发展,对IPTV业务的发展带来了巨大冲击,因此有必要从业务现状出发对两种业务采用的不同技术实现方式进行研究。分别阐述了OTT TV和IPTV在编码技术、流传输技术和终端技术上的实现原理,并对两种业务技术实现的差异性进行深入比较,最后根据这些比较分析,发掘造成IPTV和OTT TV技术差异化的主要因素以及未来TV屏视频服务技术发展的方向和趋势。With the development of OTF TV service, more and more influences on IPTV service were brought. So based on the current situation, the different technical realizations between OTY TV and IPTV were discussed. And the theory of video coding technique, steaming transmission technique and terminal technique were expound, specially the differences between OTF TV and IPTV were compared. Then the reasons of making these differences were found, accordingly the direction and trend of IP video service technique were predicted.
