摘 要:为了解决喷雾干燥系统的高能耗问题,设计了一种新型内置固定流化床,将其置于上进风上排风干燥塔锥形底端,上接干燥塔下连振动流化床,构成三级干燥系统。在干燥塔底端设计固定流化床便允许干燥塔排出的乳粉含湿量增加至8%~10%,因此可降低塔排出热风的温度,提高干燥效率。本研究与传统的固定流化床相比增加了附聚管,捕集到的细粉可以通入固定流化床进行附聚,提高乳粉的附聚性。Aiming at energy-saving of the spray drying system,we designed the new type static fluid bed.The new type static fluid bed was integrated in the base of conical part of the spray dryer. The spraying dryer,the new type static fluid bed and the vibro-fluidizer comprised the three-stage spray drying system. Milk powder discharged from the spraying dryer which moisture content was 8%~10%. So we can decrease the temperature of the outlet air,then increase the drying efficiency.we design an agglomeration tube on the new type static fluid bed,through which the fines agglomerated in the static fluid bed.The sieve was located at the middle of the static fluid bed, 0.50 m far from the top of the static fluid bed. The horizontal angle of the agglomeration tube was 15°. The inlet air temperature was 110 ℃,the amount of air entered the static fluid bed was 1.05×104m3/h, the amount of the exhaust air was 1.365×104m3/h. The amount of the steam was 6.25×102kg/h
