紫外分光光度法测定不同产地野葛根中总黄酮含量

摘　　要：以葛根素为对照,利用紫外分光光度法测定不同产地野葛根的总黄酮含量,并比较了不同产地野葛根中总黄酮的含量。结果表明,不同产地野葛根的总黄酮含量为云南3.27%、贵州3.71%、广东2.05%、广西2.67%。各地野葛根中总黄酮含量由多到少依次为贵州、云南、广西、广东。According to puerarin, the contents of total flavonoids in different producing area puerarin were determined by the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method,the contents of total flavonoids in different producing area puerarin lobata were compared.The results showed that the contens of total flavonoids in different producing area puerarin lobata were 3.27% of Yunnan,3.71% of guizhou,2.05% of Guangdong,2.67% of Guangxi,,so from more to less the content order was Guizhou, Yunnan, Guangxi,Guangdong.
