摘  要:建立CO2/R290复叠制冷系统的热经济性及分析模型并进行最优化分析。将年度投资成本与年度运行费之和(即年度成本)作为目标函数,分析系统中间冷凝温度、冷凝蒸发器温差、蒸发及冷凝温度对系统各组成部分的成本及系统效率的影响。对系统的热经济性进行最优化分析,计算并比较系统各部分的损。结果表明:在额定制冷量下,可通过最优化分析得到系统年度成本最低的最佳运行参数,与额定工况相比年度成本降低了13.9%。得到系统各部分损,为系统实际运行的优化提供理论依据。Thermoeconomic and exergy analysis model of CO2/R290 cascade refrigeration system was developed and optimized. The total annual cost, including the annual investment and running costs of the system components, was introduced as an objective function. The annual cost and exergy efficiency were calculated and analyzed with the four decision variables including middle condensing temperature, temperature difference in cascade condenser, evaporating temperature as well as condensing temperature, and then thermoeconomic optimization of the system was carried out. The calculation results showed that the optimal running parameters with rated cooling capacity can be determined by optimizing analysis to minimize the total annual cost, which reduced the annual cost by 13.9% compared with the rated design condition. Finally, exergy destruction of the system components was determined, which provide theoretical basis for the optimization of practical system operation.
