摘　　要：陕西贫困地区中小学图书馆作为课堂的延伸,师生追求知识、获取信息、完善自我的地方,如何在网络环境下实现从浅层服务到深层服务的质变飞跃,以提高中小学的教育质量,是摆在教育工作者面前的一个紧迫课题。本文通过调查分析,结合网络环境下陕西贫困地区中小学图书馆建设的实际,提出了具有针对性的对策与建议。Middle school and primary school libraries in poor areas of Shaanxi are an extension of classrooms, where teachers and students seek knowledge, obtain information, and improve themselves. How to complete the qualitative change from simple service to deep service under network environment, in order to improve the education quality of mid- dle schools and primary schools, has become an urgent subject. This paper, by investigation and analysis, combined with the situation of middle and primary school libraries in poor areas of Shaanxi, puts forward practicable suggestions and opinions.
