排泄性尿路造影在带蒂尿道肉阜临床靶向手术治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨排泄性尿路造影在带蒂尿道肉阜的临床靶向手术治疗诊疗中的应用价值.方法 对于带蒂尿道肉阜病人,术前26例行排泄性尿路造影检查后,行靶向性有目的的手术治疗;30例单纯靠肉眼诊断行手术治疗.比较手术时间、术中出血量、保留Foley导尿管时间及术后住院时间.结果 手术时间分别为13.04±6.41、15.27 ±8.40min,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;术中出血量分别为2.84±1.23、3.24±1.51mL.保留Foley尿管时间分别为2.92±1.56、3.33±1.81s;术后住院时间为5.19±1.36、5.53±1.69d,进行比较,均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 带蒂尿道肉阜病人术前应用排泄性尿路造影检查,可明显减少出血量,缩短手术时间,减少手术感染和术后复发的机率.排泄性尿路造影在带蒂尿道肉阜的临床靶向手术治疗具有临床实用价值.Objectives The applicable value of excretory urography in pedicled urethral caruncle targeted resection was discussed.Methods Excretory urography examinations were performed before operation for all 26 cases with pedicled urethral caruncle underwent targeted surgical procedure.30 cases were surgically managed on the basis of visual diagnosis.The operated time,blood loss volume,indwelling Foley catheter time and postoperative hospital stay were recorded.Results The operating time of experiment group was shorter than control group,13.04 ±6.41 min and 15.27 ± 8.40 min,respectively（P ＜0.05）.The blood loss volume in operation was also significant,2.84 ± 1.23ml and 3.24 ± 1.51ml,respectively （P ＜ 0.05）.The differences of indwelling Foley catheter time（2.92 ± 1.56 and 3.33 ± 1.81 s,respectively） and postoperative hospital stay（5.19 ± 1.36 d and 5.53 ± 1.69 d,respectively） between them（P ＞0.05） were no significant.Conclusions The effect of excretory urography examination before operation in patients with pedicled urethral caruncle is evident.It is an effective mean to reduce operating time,blood loss,and also the risk of postoperative infection.
