摘　　要：目的 探讨DynaMesh吊带经闭孔尿道中段悬吊TOT术式治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效性和安全性.方法 采用DynaMesh吊带TOT术式治疗女性压力性尿失禁患者20例,对比分析术前、术后患者最大尿流率、残余尿、1h尿垫值和ISI-Q-SF评分.结果 手术前后的Qmax、1h尿垫实验结果和ISI-Q-SF评分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,平均手术时间（30.0±9.5） min,平均术中出血（25.0±6.0） mL.术后无一例尿潴留发生.主诉尿失禁无改善1例.结论 DynaMesh吊带TOT术式治疗女性压力性尿失禁安全有效.Objectives To assess the effectiveness and safety of outside-in transobturator tape（TOT） using DynaMesh sling in female stress urinary incontinence （SUI）.Methods Twenty women suffering from SUI were treated with TOT using DynaMesh sling.Preoperative and postoperative evaluations included Qmax,postvoiding,and quality of life scale questionnaires.Results To compare preoperative and postoperative there were significant difference in the value of Qmax,1 hour pad test,and ISI-Q-SF,no patient complain dysuria but one patient still incontinence after surgical treatment.Conclusions TOT procedure using DynaMesh sling is a safe and efficient treatment method for female SUI.
