摘　　要：介绍了涂装新技术溶剂型高固3C1B特点以及该工艺低VOC低碳排放的优点,同时也简单介绍其施工应用的特点,并阐述了在改进外观方面需要注意的关键点。The article introduced the characteristics and advantages （low VOC, low carbon and low emission） of new solvent based high-solid 3CIB painting process, outlined the application features of the process and expatiated on key points in improvement of film appearance.
