氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年高血压的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法选取156例老年高血压患者,随机分为观察组(78例)和对照组(78例),观察组给予氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片,早上1片;对照组氢氯噻嗪25 mg早上1次,观察治疗1周后,收缩压和舒张压的变化。结果观察组的总有效率为73%,对照组的总有效率为43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论观察组和对照组均能降低老年高血压,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,并且起效快、作用强、降压易于达标。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods 156 cases of senile hypertension patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （78 cases） and the control group （78 cases）, the patients in the treatment group took one losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide tablet in the morning; those in the control group took 25mg of hydroehlorothiazide one time in the morning. Observed the changes of systolic and diastolic blood pressure after one weeks＇treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 73% , and that of the control group was 43%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The treatments in two groups both decreased senile hypertension, while the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group with a rapid onset, strong action and it was easy to meet the standard.
