摘  要:结合实际工况,对喷射系统的喷头进行了一系列优化,从使用寿命考虑,选择了陶瓷材料,根据实际要求对喷头结构和结构参数进行了优化。结构确定后,进行了基本的受力分析,最后完成实验对比,确定了喷头的实际应用。喷头虽然小,但却是喷射系统最终执行元件,因此,新型喷头的研发不仅对油井喷射钻进的发展有重大意义,还对船舶、化工等领域中的喷射系统的效率有很大的促进作用。According to the actual working condition, a series of optimization is carried out for the nozzle of injection system. The ceramic material is selected for increasing service life. Nozzle structure and its parameters are optimized according to the actual requirements. Then the basic stress analysis and the experimental contrast are completed, and the practical application of nozzle is ensured. Although the nozzle is small, but it is the final element of injection system, so the development New type nozzle is not only significant to the jet drilling oil Wells, and also has a great role in promoting the efficiency of the injection system in ship, chemical industry and other fields.
