摘  要:碟形弹簧由于具有良好的非线性减振特性而得到广泛应用,随着电力、石油化工行业的压力容器设备越来越趋向于大型化,对减振性能好、大尺寸碟形弹簧的需求也不断增加,然而大尺寸碟形弹簧直到目前尚无标准设计方法。该研究运用材料力学推导计算了大尺寸矩形截面和非矩形截面碟形弹簧的应力和应变,在给出近似计算公式的基础上,通过实例理论计算与有限元分析法进行比较,计算结果吻合较好,该计算公式简便实用,对工程实际应用具有重要指导意义。Disc spring with good nonlinear damping characteristics is widely used. Since the pressure vessel equipment in power and petrochemical industry tends to be more large-scale, and the demand for disc spring with good damping performance and large size are increasing. However, there is no standard design method for large disc spring until now. This study calculated the stress and strain of large disc spring with rectangular section and non-rectangular section basing on material mechanics. The approximate calculation formulas of both sections were given, which were used to study examples and compared by finite element analysis, and the calculation results are in good agreement with computer results. The formulas, which are fairly simple and practical, have certain guiding significance for the practical engineering application.
