摘 要:采用有限元分析方法,对汽车的电动升降器进行了受力和形变分析。分别对玻璃升降器从下止档开始上升状态和上升到上止档堵转状态进行了研究,对其原始数据进行了数学分析。应用Nastran软件建立了有限元模型,对其整体装配进行了有限元分析,对其主、从动臂进行了形变和应力分析。结果表明,主动臂在靠近长滑槽侧的折弯处形变量最大,在涡卷弹簧固定销处附近形变量最小;涡卷弹簧固定铆钉处附近有最大应力,在与从动臂连接处附近有最小应力。靠近长滑槽侧的从动臂在其折弯处形变量最大,靠近短滑槽侧的从动臂在与滑块连接处附近形变量最小;靠近长滑槽侧的从动臂在其折弯处有最大应力,靠近短滑槽侧的从动臂在与滑块连接处附近有最小应力。By using the finite element analysis method, pressure and deformation of the automobile electric glass riser were analysed. Respectively the riesr on the state beginning to rise from the next stop and the state rising to stop locked-rotor was studied, and the raw data was analysed. By Nastran the finite element model was established, and by the finite element analysis method the whole assembly was studied, deformation and pressure of the active and random arm were analysed. The results show that the deformation of the active arm has a maximum in the bending near the long chute side, and a minimum in near the fixed pin of the scroll spring. The pressure of the active arm has a maximum in near the retaining rivet of scroll spring, and a minimum in the random arm joint. The deformation of the random arm near the long chute has a maximum in the bending, and the deformation of the random arm near lhe short chute has a minimum in the slider joint. The pressure of the random arm near the long chute has a maximum in the bending, and the pressure of the random arm near the short chute has a minimum in the slider joint.
