摘  要:目的通过应用胎盘绒毛滋养细胞(VCT)和绒毛外滋养细胞(EVCT)组织芯片来检测子痫前期(PE)患者Ecadherin的表达水平,探讨E-cadherin在PE发病中的作用。方法免疫组织化学技术(IHC)检测胎盘VCT组织芯片(子痫前期56例,正常对照组42例)和EVCT组织芯片(子痫前期47例,正常对照组29例)中E-cadherin的表达情况。结果 E-cadherin主要表达于胎盘合体滋养层细胞和EVCT的细胞膜上,E-cadherin蛋白在PE组胎盘VCT和EVCT组织芯片中的表达水平明显高于正常对照组(χ2=16.696,P=0.000;χ2=16.735,P=0.000)。结论 E-cadherin在胎盘组织表达增加可能与子痫前期的发病相关。Objective To investigate the possible pathophysiological importance of E- cadherin in preeclampsia( PE) by the application of placenta villous cytotrophoblast( VCT) and extravillious cytotrophoblast( EVCT) tissue microarray. Methods Immunohistochemistry methods were used to detect the expression of E- cadherin on VCT tissue microarray(consisting of 56 PE cases,42 normal controls) and EVCT tissue microarray(consisting of 47 PE cases,29 normal controls) respectively. Results The E- cadherin protein was found mainly in the cytomembrane of the villous syncytiotrophoblast and the EVCT. Compared with the normal control group,the E- cadherin showed a stronger staining intensity in PE group( χ^2= 16. 696,P = 0. 000; χ^2= 16. 735,P = 0. 000). Conclusion The increased placental expression of E- cadherin may be associated with pathogenesis of PE.
