摘 要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)快速测定血液透析水中镁、铝、铬、铜、锌、砷、镉、锡、钡、铅、钙、钾、硒、银、汞等15种元素含量的方法。方法采用ICP-MS法碰撞池技术(CCT),最大程度的减少了多原子干扰,通过在线加入Ge、In和Bi 3种元素内标液的方法校正由于基体效应和信号漂移对测量所造成的影响,样品直接酸化测定血液透析水中15种化学污染物的含量。结果 15种元素的检出限范围为0.009 ng/ml^0.165 ng/ml;标准曲线线性关系良好,r≥0.9990;相对标准偏差1.1%~5.2%,回收率80%~120%。该法比血液透析用水的现行标准中采用的方法检出限低,精密度高,线性范围宽,能够实现多元素同时分析。结论本方法较为简便、快速、准确,可用于血液透析水中15种元素的检测,为血液透析水的标准修订提供参考。Objective To develop a method for rapidly determining the contents of Mg,Al,K,Ca,Cr,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Ag, Cd,Sn,Ba,Pb,Hg in hemodialysis water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP- MS). Methods The fifteen kinds of chemical pollutants in hemodialysis water were directly determined by ICP- MS after acidification,collision cell technology(CCT) was used to minimize mass spectroscopy interference,and matrix effect and signal drift were compensated by using Ge,In,Bi as internal standards. Results The detection limit ranges of the 15 chemical pollutants were 0. 009 ng / ml ~ 0. 165 ng / ml. The calibration curves of the 15 chemical pollutants showed good linearity( r≥0. 9990). The relative standard deviations were from 1. 1% to 5. 2%. The recoveries of the 15 chemical pollutants were in the range of 80% ~ 120%. The method showed lower detection limit,higher precision,wider linear range than the current practice of the working standard of hemodialysis water. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate. It can be used to determine the contents of the above 15 chemical pollutants in hemodialysis water and provide reference for standard revise of hemodialysis water.
