摘　　要：联锁特指铁路信号、道岔与进路之间必须保持的一定制约关系和操作顺序。深入剖析了一起因道岔中途转换造成调车脱线事故的成因本质,提出了具体有效的应对措施,为防止联锁失效,确保运输安全有序可控提供了可靠保证。Interlocking is defined as keeping certain constraint relationship and special operation sequence between the signal, the switch and the railway route. The paper analyses the root cause of a derailment accident caused by switch thrown under moving cars and puts forward specific and effective measure to prevent the interlock from failure, ensuring safe and orderly transportation.
