摘　　要：目的：探索CD8＋CD28-细胞群在前列腺增生症（BPH）患者外周血中的表达及意义。方法用流式细胞仪检测患者（51例）和正常男性（51例）外周血中CD8^＋CD28^-细胞群的比例，然后进行统计分析。结果 BPH患者外周血中CD8＋CD28-细胞群的平均比例明显高于正常男性外周血中CD8^＋CD28^-细胞群的平均比例（P＜0.01）， BPH组CD8^＋CD28^-细胞群在CD8＋细胞群中所占平均比率也明显升高（P＜0.01）。结论 CD8^＋CD28^-细胞群参与BPH的发生和发展，进而为其发病机制的研究奠定了基础。Objective To investigate the number of CD8^＋CD28^-T cells in peripheral blood of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and its clinical significance. Methods Percentages of CD8^＋CD28^-T cells in the peripheral blood of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（51 cases） and normal men（51 cases） were determined by flow cytometry, which were analyzed with statistical means. Results Average percentage of CD8^＋CD28^-T cells in the peripheral blood of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia was obviously higher than that in the peripheral blood of the control group（P〈0.01）. Mean ratio of CD8^＋ CD28^-T cells and CD8^＋T cells of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia also increased significantly, compared with that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion CD8^＋ CD28^-T cells involved in the occurrence and development of benign prostatic hyperplasia, which layed a foundation for the research of pathogenesis of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
